MINUTES OF MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met in a specially <br />called session on Wednesday, February 4, 1981 at 7:00 o'clock P.M. <br />at the Mooresville Town Hall. The following Board members were <br />present: Paul Walters, Warren Franklin, Wendell Thaler, and Steve <br />Oschman. Tim Currens, the Boards attorney was also present. The <br />meeting was called to order by Chairman Paul Walters and the Board <br />waived the reading of the minutes of the prior meeting. The first <br />order of business on the agenda was the organization for the new <br />year with nominations being open by the Chairman Paul Walters. <br />Warren Franklin nominated Paul Walters for Chairman of the Board <br />of Zoning Appeals with Wendell Thaler seconding said motion. The <br />nominations were moved closed by Steve Oschman and Paul Walters was <br />unanimously choosen Chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals for <br />the year 1981. Nominations were opened for Vice-Chairman with <br /> <br /> Paul Walters nominating Steve Oschman, with Warren Franklin seconding <br /> the motion. The nominations were moved closed by Wendell Thaler and <br /> the Board unanimously chose Steve Oschman as the Vice-Chairman. <br /> Nominations were then opened up for Secretary and Warren Franklin <br /> nominated Nan Kollmeyer. Wendell Thaler seconded the motion and <br /> Steve Oschman moved that the nominations be closed. Nan Kollmeyer <br /> was unanimously chosen Secretary for the year of 1981. The Board <br /> proceeded to discuss organizational plans for the new year and <br /> agreed that packets containing all information needed for a variance <br /> petition should be given to all Board members for review with <br /> additional packets left in the Clerk-Treasurer's office in complete <br /> order. <br /> <br /> <br />
