STEVEN L. HARRIS
TIMOTHY C. CURRENS

HARRIS & CURRENS

ATTORNEYS AT LAW
19 EAST MAIN STREET
MOORESVlLLE. INDIANA 46158
March 9, 1981

(317) 831-4466

Mr. & Mrs. John R. Fulbright
660 Johnson Road
Mooresville, Indiana 46158

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Fulbright:

This letter is to advise you of the findings of the Mooresville Board
of Zoning Appeals in reference to your petition for a variance which
was filed on the 18th day of February, 1981. At the meeting of
March 4, 1981 the Board granted the variance allowing you to use the
garage area of your residence as a stained glass shop subject to the
following listed restrictions:

That any sign for said shop does not exceed
six (6) square feet and is not over four (4)
feet in height.

bo

That the stained glass shop be confined to the
present garage area at the residence of 660
Johnson Road, Mooresville, Indiana.

That all parking for the shop be limited to the
driveway at 660 Johnson Road and that there be
no off street parking.

It is also noted from your presentation that a stained glass shop
would be for the use of building certain stained glass windows for
builders and decorators along with some demonstrations to one or
two individuals at a given time. It is also understood that you
would sell certain supplies, but that you would not give any classes
or produce any high volume retail sales.

Please let me know if you have any questions in reference to any of
the above matters and I would again thank you for your presentation
and excellent assistance in regards to this matter.

Best regards,

TCC/ch

Timothy C. Cur~ens
