. / BEFORE THE MOO8E$VILLE TOWN In the Matter of the Establishment ) of an Economic Revitalization Area ) in the Town of Mooresville in Brown Township, Morgan County, IN ) FINDINGS OF FACT This matter came before the Town Council of Mooresville on ' the �7 day of , 2014, in regular session on hearing with notice pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code 6-1 ^ 1-12, 1 et seq. , and the following Findings of Fact are now made : 1 . That on the 0--7 day of .4 , 2014, the Town Council of Mooresville duly adopted a Resolution establishing an Economic Revitalization Area pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code 6-1. I^I2 . 1 et seq. , as currently codified, establishing an Economic Revitalization Area in a rural area of Mooresville, in Brown Township, Morgan County, being more particularly described as follows : (H. I . ) Approximately 69. 36 acres of land, known as the "TOA Site" located at approximately 900 S. SR 67 . It is bordered by White Lick Creek on the North, SR 67 on the East and by adjoining agricultural property on the West and South. 2 . Notice of this hearing was properly published pursuant to Indiana Code 6-1 ^ 1-12 . 1^2 . 5 and Indiana Code 5-3-1/ the proofs of such publioatioo ,ba`riug been made in the Mooresville Times and the Martinsville Daily Reporter more than ten (10) days prior to this hearing, which proofs of publication are on file with the Mooresville Clerk/Treasurer.
