That the subject real estate is zoned PUD-I (Planned <br /> Unit Development Industrial) according to the Town of <br /> Mooresville Zoning Ordinance; and <br /> 6 . That designation of the subject property as an <br /> "Economic Revitalization Area" will assist in the inducement of <br /> a project which will provide employment opportunities to <br /> residents of the Town of Mooresville; and <br /> 7 . That factors supporting the findings of this "Economic <br /> Revitalization Area" include that, additional development to the <br /> area will encourage further development of the business park <br /> within the Town of Mooresville, provide additional employment <br /> opportunity for residents of the Mooresville area and lead to <br /> rehabilitation of the designated area by providing additional <br /> manufacturing and additional equipment; and <br /> 8 . That the area designated herein as an Economic <br /> Revitalization Area is in need of economic development as this <br /> part of the Town of Mooresville consisting of over __ acres <br /> will benefit by the additional square footage and equipment <br /> being added to the plant which will add to property values <br /> within the area; and <br /> 9 . A significant number of residents of Mooresville are <br /> unable to obtain gainful employment and revitalization will <br /> assist residents of Mooresville to lead gainful and productive <br /> lives, thereby contributing to the quality of life and revenues <br /> of all levels of government; and <br />
