Present were Commissioners <br /> Berwick, Bryant and Xays, Chief Timothy `Vices and Town Attorney Tim <br /> Currens. <br /> Commissioner Bryant motionedfor the minutes from the August <br /> meeting to be approved and Commissioner Xays seconded <br /> Statistics <br /> 93 Traffic 'Warnings 43 Traffic Citations <br /> 254 Incident Reports 135 Arrest Reports <br /> 25 Property Damage Accidents <br /> Old Business <br /> Chief Niles advised-the Commissioners on the changes made to SOP's 3.00 <br /> and8.00. Chief'Niles also advised that the changes would be done before <br /> the next meeting. <br /> The Commissioners hadno old business to discuss. <br /> New Business <br /> The Commissioners reviewed SOP 8.07 andChief`Niles advised the <br /> Commissioners of the changes that were made. Chief'Niles advised-that <br /> the new camera systems use CD's instead.of VCR tapes. <br /> The Commissioners questionelwhether the detectives needed to have <br /> cameras in their cars.
