Kough <br />840 North Indiana <br />Mooresville, Indiana 46158 <br /> <br />Dear Tom and Deanna: <br /> <br />This letter is to advise you of the finding of the Moores- <br />ville Board of Zoning Appeal in reference to your petition <br />for a variance which was heard by the Board on August 26, <br />1981. At the meeting the Board granted the variance allow- <br />ing you to use an addition to your home located at 840 North <br />Indiana, for the use as a law office for the purpose of <br />consultation by a sole practitioner. In addition a <br />restriction was put on any sign which would be used limiting <br />the size of the sign to 24 inches by 24 inches to be placed <br />on a pole not greater than 4 feet high. This variance is <br />granted specifically to the two of you and at the time you <br />would sell the property the zoning classification would return <br />to that of residential.
