1 <br /> , <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Haskins with a 2"d by Commissioner Watkins to commit <br /> $ 100,000. to the initial phase l project for a road that will be done in two phases accessing both fr <br /> the Indy Tractor site and the Adams POD with the 2"d phase to be bonded or a letter of credit to <br /> be provided for the additional construction of the road set out in phase 2 in an amount 1 <br /> determined by Joe Beikman, the Town Street Commissioner and that the road would be fr <br /> completed upon the sale of lot 1 or lot 3 of the Indy Tractor site or in the event of the sale of any fr <br /> of the Adams PUD property. It was understood that even though one of the Indy Tractor sites 1 <br /> would be accessible thru the initial phase 1 of the road in the event of a sale of this lot the road i <br /> would have to be completed immediately per the plat drawing. This motion was carried by a <br /> vote o13-0. <br /> Attorney Currens told the Commission that between now and June 1 they have to meet for the <br /> animal report and decide if they are going to pass thru the taxes or capture all. <br /> Commissioner Haskin asked about the other two members needed on the Commission.
