Plan Commission Minutes <br />Thursday January 22nd, 2015 <br />Commission Members present: Mike Young, Virginia Perry, Jeff <br />Dieterlen, Brian Anderson and town attorney Tim Curren <br />Mike Young called the meeting to order, Mike Young called for a <br />motion on the minutes from August 2014, Brian Anderson made a <br />motion to approve the minutes, Virginia Perry seconded, motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />John Larrison of Holloway Engineering asked for a continuance on <br />the filed special exception at Hadley and Johnson Roads. A motion <br />was made to continue, seconded and approved 4 -0. <br />Dennis Nail gave the building report in 2014; there were 432 <br />inspections, 171 building permits of which 37 were single family <br />homes. The 2015 report is 18 inspections and 2 permits thus far. The <br />Commission asked Dennis Nail what the year ahead may look like <br />compared to previous years. Dennis Nail Bridgemor Village will be <br />wrapping up, Lakeside Commons growth is slow but steady, <br />Eastmore has added two homes, there are emoty lots in N Madison <br />Crossing. Dennis Nail addressed the need to update the ordinance <br />book, he has received estimates on the cost, he would like to make the <br />book more user friendly. Attorney Tim Currens encouraged the <br />Commission to be involved in the update. Further research and <br />estimates will be obtained for future discussions. <br />
