Mooresville Plan Commission <br />Minutes <br />Thursday June 25th, 2015 <br />Members Present: Perry King, Bill Colbert, Virginia Perry, Mike Young, Jeff <br />Dieterlen, Brian Anderson and town attorney Tim Curren. <br />Mike Young called the meeting to order, he then called for a motion on the <br />previous minutes, Brian Anderson made a motion to pass as written, Perry <br />King seconded the motion, motion passed unanimously. <br />First item on the agenda is a minor plat for the Muncy family at 4656 E. <br />Shady Ln. Mooresville. John Drapalik of Drapalik Surveying presented. The <br />Muncy family is asking to create three separate parcels with no easements. <br />Jeff Dieterlen questioned where the driveway and utilities could / would run <br />for the second lot. Mr. Muncy explained where existing utilities and <br />easements are. It would be up to a future property owner to establish a <br />driveway and utilities to the additional lot when and if necessary. Tim Currens <br />and Dennis Nail agreed that an approval could be made pending the receipt of <br />letters from the county on driveway approval and an accepted application <br />from the water utility company. A motion was made to approve pending those <br />required documents; the plat would be signed and held by Dennis Nail of the <br />building department until letters were presented. The motion was seconded <br />and approved unanimously. <br />Second item on the agenda is the Schneider minor plat. John Larrison of <br />Holloway Engineering presented a request to re plat lot three of the Sears <br />property on Bunker Hill Rd. Lot one is going up for sale and the family would <br />like to increase the size of lot three and complete the replat before any sale <br />takes place. The section in question will remain in the family trust name, upon <br />parental death the land will belong to the family member that owns lot three <br />and will again be re platted as one parcel. Jeff Dieterlen confirmed that there <br />were no changes being made to lot two. Mike Young called for a motion, Jeff <br />Dieterlen made a motion to approve, Virginia Perry seconded and the motion <br />passed 6 -0. <br />Holloway Engineering presented building 32, numbers 60 & 61 PUD of <br />Bridgemor Village, one of these is under roof one is being framed, upon this <br />completion one final building will remain. A motion was made to approve, <br />seconded and passed unanimously. <br />Dennis Nail presented the sign ordinance revision for the Commission to <br />review. Mike Young asked if the members could have additional time to look <br />
