Plan Commission Minutes <br />Thursday November 12th, 2015 <br />Members Present: Virginia Perry, Brian Anderson, Perry King, Jeff Dieterlen, <br />Tammy VanHook and town attorney Tim Currens <br />Jeff Dieterlen called the meeting to order, he then called for a motion on the <br />previous minutes, Virginia Perry made a motion to approve the minutes as <br />typed, seconded and passed unanimously. <br />The first item on the agenda a rezone request at 135 Merriman Rd, Tim <br />Currens stated after having reviewed the documentation that the public <br />notification was incomplete, neither the newspaper ad nor the mailed letters <br />stated the reason for the request. The rezone will be continued until the <br />December meeting, so that proper notification can be completed. <br />Jeff Dieterlen stated that the minor plat at 445 S. Indiana St. that had been <br />previously continued had been withdrawn, per written request. <br />Dennis Nail reported 13 permits and 41 inspections since the last meeting. <br />During new business Tim Currens confirmed with the Commission that the <br />previously passed ordinance was proceeding at the town council level. Jeff <br />Dieterlen stated that December 10th would be the next meeting due to holidays <br />and that Tammy VanHook would soon have the 2016 schedule available. <br />Perry King made a motion to adjourn, seconded and passed. <br />
