MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br />The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met in special session <br />on the 26th day of June, 1979 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following Board members were present: <br /> <br />Mr. Paul Walters <br />Mrs. Nan Kollmeyer <br />Mr. Steve Edwards <br />Mr. Warren Franklin <br />Mr. Ray House <br /> <br />Mr. David E. Lawson, attorney for the Board was also present. <br /> <br />The Minutes of the meeting of June 13, 1979 were read and approved. <br /> <br />Mr. Walters indicated that the meeting had been convened to hear <br />evidence on Petition 93, 1979~ filed by Laboratory Equipment <br />Corporation. Mr. Lawson found the Petition to be in proper form <br />except for filing of the return receipts requested. The Petitioner <br />was represented by Mrs. Jane Bowen. She indicated to the Board that <br />all return receipts had been received and that she would deliver the <br />same to the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Mooresville on the 27th. <br /> <br />There were no parties appearing either for or against the petiton. <br /> <br />The Board reviewed the requests as filed and plans for the additional <br />offices wherein a variance was requested by the petitioner to build <br />up to four feet from the west side of the property line and up to <br />four feet from the sidewalk on east Harrison Street. <br /> <br />Upon motion duly made by Mr. Steve Edwards and seconded by Warren <br />Franklin and unanimously passed, the petition for variance was granted. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon motion <br />duly made and seconded, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Chairman <br /> <br />Acting Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
