Bob Taylor's Body Shop; Automotive Armature; Allen's Body Shop; <br />Kenworthy Auto Service; Mooresville Flower Shop; Harry's Meat <br />Packing; Long T.V.; Mooresville Welding; Wulit Enterprises and <br />Tackle Service Center. <br /> <br /> Thereafter, upon motion made by Mr. Steve Edwards and <br />seconded by Mrs. Nan Kollmeyer, the Board unanimously granted a <br />variance on the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. The existing fence will always be maintaine~ in as <br />good a condition as it presently is, being a stockage type fence of <br />7 feet in height. <br /> <br /> 2. There shall be no stacking of any material in the area <br />wherein the variance has been granted over the height of 6 feet. <br /> <br /> 3. The variance is being granted personally and exclusively <br />for the existing property owners and may not be transferred without <br />further proceedings to any subsequent purchaser. <br /> <br />In granting such variance, the Board finds: <br /> <br />conditions <br />intended use <br />class of use <br />located. <br /> <br /> 2. <br />enjoyment of <br /> <br />1. There are exceptional and extraordinary circumstances or <br />applicable to the property of the petitioners and to the <br /> that does not apply generally to the other property or <br /> in the same vacinity and in the district in which it is <br /> <br /> That the variance is necessary for the preservation and <br />a substantial property right possessed by other property <br /> <br />in the same vacinity and district which would be denied to the pro- <br />perty in question is such variance was not granted. <br /> <br /> 3. That the granting of such variance will not be materiall5 <br />detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the property or <br />improvements in the vacinity and district in which the subject pro- <br />perty is located. <br /> <br /> 4. The granting of such variance will not alter the land use <br />characteristics of the vacinity and the district in which such pro- <br />perty is located or diminish the marketable value of adjacent land <br />and the improvements or cause or add to additional traffic congestion <br />to the public streets in the area where the improvements are to be <br />made in accordance with the granting of the variance. <br /> <br />Paul Walters, Chairman <br /> <br />Nan Kollmeyer, Actin~Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
