MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met at a called meeting on
Tuesday, November 13, 1979, at 7:30 p.m. The following Board Mem-
bers were present:

Mr. Paul Walters
Mrs. Nan Kollmeyer
Mr. Ray House
Mr. Warren Franklin

Mr. Paul Walters called the meeting to order, and advised the Board
that the meeting was called to act upon the Petition for Variance
filed by the Trustees of the Mooresville Lodge #78 Free and Accept-
ed Masons.

The Petitioners were represented by counsel, Mr. Tim Currens of
Mooresville, Indiana.

The Board found the petition to be procedurally in order for hear-
ingl, all notices having been sent to adjoining landowners and
proof of public notice also having been filed.

The request for variance was to construct a lodge which is to be
occupied by the petitioners on the real estate described in the
petition, which is zoned single family.

There were no interested persons appearing objecting to the request-
ed variance.

Upon motion duly made by Ray House, seconded by Mrs. Nan Kollmeyer,
and unanimously passed, the variance, as requested, was granted to
petitioner.

There being no further business to come before the Board, upon
motion duly made, and seconded, the meeting was adjourned.

Paul Walters, Chairman

Na~' Kollmeyer, Acti~ Secretary
