Board of Zoning Appeals Minutes <br />Thursday June 9`h, 2016 <br />Members Present: Alan Kramer, Perry King, Neal Allman and town attorney <br />Tim Currens, Mike Young was absent. <br />Neal Allman called the meeting to order, he then called for a motion on the <br />previous minutes. Perry King made a motion to approve, Alan Kramer <br />seconded the motion and the motion passed 3-0. <br />First item on the agenda is a variance request at 5660 E Landersdale Rd, Jodith <br />Hulse is requesting a second residential allowance on a single property. Jodith <br />state that there are two homes on two parcels totaling 5 acres, she now owns <br />both and is asking that the apartment above tie detached garage be allowed to <br />have a separate address. Tammy, from the Clerk's Office confirmed with <br />attorney Tim Currens that proper notification was made to neighbors. Jodith <br />stated that she had been instructed by building inspector Tim Bennett to seek <br />the variance, she went on to explain that septic was provided to the home and <br />garage apartment. Tim Currens addressed septic concerns, that should the <br />current septic not be sufficient the board of health could make her remove her <br />tenant, update her septic and or find alternative solutions. Neal Allman read the <br />findings of fact, after no other questions were asked and then called for a <br />motion. Alan Kramer made a motion to approve contingent on board of health <br />approval, Perry King seconded the motion and the motion passed 3-0. Ms. <br />Hulse was directed to Kenny Hale in Morgan County Commissioner for an <br />additional address. <br />Next item presented are the Findings of Fact for signature. <br />Alan Kramer made a motion to adjourn, Perry King seconded the motion and <br />the meeting was adjourned. <br />Next Possible Meeting is July 14`h, 2016 <br />
