Board of Zoning Appeals Minutes <br />Thursday July 14`h, 2016 <br />Members present: Perry King, Mike Young, Neal Allman, Alan Kramer. <br />Neal Allman called the meeting to order; he then called for a motion on the <br />previous minutes. Perry King made a motion to accept the minutes as typed, <br />Alan Kramer seconded that motion and the minutes were accepted. <br />The New Life Church is requesting a special exception for a sign located at <br />4356 E State Road 144, this special exception comes before the Board of <br />Zoning Appeals with a favorable recommendation from the Planning <br />Commission. The sign will replace the existing sign, same location and <br />slightly smaller than the current sign, the new sign will be digital, multi <br />colored with the ability to change the wordage, however it will not have <br />continuance movement. The sign, as requested by the Plan Commission will <br />have dimming capabilities for evening and night hours. Neal Allman read <br />the findings of Fact when no questions were asked and then called for a <br />motion. Mike Young made a motion to approve, Alan Kramer seconded the <br />motion and the motion passed unanimously. <br />Neal Allman called for the signing of previously approved Findings of Facts. <br />A motion was made by Perry King to adjourn, seconded and passed. <br />
