Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals /~-, ~ The Hooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met on44ev~m~er , 1976, at 7:30 P.H. Hembers present were Paul Walters, Warren Franklin, Steve Edwards and Eweather Stephens. David E. Lawson, Attorney for the Board was also present. Ninutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Docket #4 1976 was presented by Attorney Steve Harris in behalf of his clients James K. and Oonna Kay Ross of 1037 0elwood Or., Mooresviile, Ind. The petitioners were seeking a variance to present zoning code Residential A that would allow them to open a Craft Shop in their home. After all evidence had been presented and questions by members of the Board were answered it was apparent that in addition to teaching Craft Classes there was also intent to sell materials and finished products. Because of the retail sales aspect that had not been published it was decided to grant a variance with the following stipulations: i. There she11 student for 2. There shall be no Retail Sales of supplies other than to required materials for the class. be no retail sales of finished products. the 3. There shall De no out~iOe aovertising at the resioence at 1037 Delwood Or., Mooresville, Ind. Hours of the classes shall be from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Saturday, with one evening class per week. Class size shall not exceed ten (IO) students in number. 6. The variance is granted exclusively to the existing property owners, James K. and 0onna Kay Ross. The Motion to grant the variance with the stlpulations, as outlined above, was passed by unanimous agreement of the members present.
