Roberts and .Mr. & Mrs. Wiloher: <br /> <br />on behalf of the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals, I am con- <br />firming the action taken on Tuesday evening, September 9, 1975. <br />Am ~ou were advised at th~ public meeting, the Board of Zoning <br />Appeals granted your petition for a variance, in regards to the <br />following describe~ real estate in the Town of Mooresville: <br /> <br />Lot No. 17 in Hadley's First Addition to the <br />Town of Mooresville, as recorded in Plat Book <br />6A, at page 118 in the Recorder's office of <br />Morgan County, commonly known as 222 Maple Lane. <br /> <br />The Board granted the relief which was requested subject to the <br />following conditions and/or restrictions: <br /> <br /> 1. The variance was granted specifically to the requested <br />garage area encompassing an area of twenty by forty feet for the <br />purpose of a flower shop exclusively, with the variance being granted <br />solely to the petitioners, Pam and DOug Wilcher as property owners <br />and Richard R. and ~ry E. Roberts as prospective purchasers. <br /> <br /> 2. No perpendicular parking shall be allowed off of Maple <br />Lane, and a suitable barrier shall be constructed by petitioners so <br />that no perpendicular 9arking occurs on Maple Lane, thus, leaving <br />approximately two parallel parking spaces on Maple Lane. <br /> <br /> <br />
