HOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Hay 1, 1975

The Hooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met in special session on
Thursday, Hay 1, 1975 at 7:30 P.H. The public meeting was held in the
Huni~ipal Bull~ing pursuant ~o notice. The m~eting was held to
consider Petition #2, 1975 f~led by Joe and W~lma Neal.

Those Board members present were: Paul Walters, Jim Beasley, Bill
Roberson and Eweather Stephens. David Lawson, Attorney for the
Board was also present.

Joe Neal presented plans to reset and remodel the old Calvert
Building which is located at 28 E. Hain St.. He also asked for a
variance of building codes to premit construction of a proposed
26"X~0~ cement block building to be placed six (6) inches form the
West property line and three (3) feet from the East property line.

Hr. Neal explained that the Calvert Buildlng , after being
re-stored as nearly as possible to it's original condition, would
serve as office space and the cement block building would be a work
and storage area.

After due discussion, Jim Beasley made a motion that the variance
be granted as ~e~M~W proposed. The motion was seconded by
Eweather Stephens and the vote was unanimous.

There being no further business, upon a motion by Eweather
Stephens, seconded by Jim Beasley, the meeting was adjourned.

President

ATTEST:

Secretary
