MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS February 13, 1974 The Hooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met at a called meeting on Wednesday, February 13, 1974 at 7:30 P.M. The following Board members were present: Mr. Bill Roberson, Mr. Beasley and Mr. Paul Walters. Jim The purpose of the meetins was to hear the petition of Charles and Billie Howell which case was docketed as number 1, 1974. The attorney for the Board, Mr. Melvin R. Lind, indicated that the petition and accompanying papers consisting of publication and notice to adjoining land owners with certified return receipts was in order. The petitioners were represented by Attorney Steve Harris of Mooresville, Indiana. Evidence was presented by petitioners. No remonstrators appaared appeared in opposition to the petition. The real estate subject to the petition, the same being 55 feet of even width off the entire East side of Lot i2 in Block #35 in Samuel Moore's Third Addition to the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, commonly known as 45 East High Street, Mooresville. The Board having heard the evidence, a motion was duly made by Mr. Jim Beasley and seconded by Mr. Paul Walters to approve the requested variance for an antique shop subject to the condition that they provide at least two off-street parking places and that no antiques be displayed or stored outside and that said variance run exclusively to the petitioners. The motion as made and seconded was unanimously approved. There being no further business to come before the Board, on motion duly made by Mr. Jim Beasley and seconded by Mr. Paul Walters the meeting was adjourned. Acting President, Board of Zoning Appeals
