the vote, Brian Anderson seconded and the item was tabled to <br />April 2016. <br />Dave Moore welcomed Tim Bennett, the new Building Inspector, <br />there have been 70 inspections and 26 permits since the last <br />meeting. Jeff Dieterlen asked Tim to continue working on the <br />ordinance book update that Dennis had begun, Dave Moore to go <br />before the Town Council in April. <br />Tammy VanHook recommended that the April Meeting be moved <br />to Wednesday April 27th, 2016 as multiple members had indicated <br />conflicting schedules for April 28th, Tammy stated she would <br />inform the newspapers the next day. Brian Anderson made a <br />motion to move the April meeting to the 27th, Virginia Perry <br />seconded and the motion passed 5-0. <br />During new business Tim Currens stated that Citizens Bank had <br />contacted him regarding 137 & 137 %2 W. Bridge Street. The <br />property, which is now in foreclosure, had been subdivided some <br />time ago without Plan Commission approval, homes have already <br />been built, the Plan Commission voted 5-0 to allow Citizens Bank <br />to record a corrected deed. <br />Brian Anderson made a motion to adjourn; the motion was <br />seconded and passed. <br />Next Meeting Wednesday April 27th, 2016. <br />
