NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
<br />Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Mooresville Plan Commission at the
<br />Mooresville Government Center, 4 B. Harrison Street, Mooresville, Indiana on March 24"', 2016 at 6:00
<br />PM upon the application of Mooresville Land Investors for the purpose of filing an Application for
<br />Rezoning for property located at 499 S. Indiana Street, Mooresville, Indiana, the legal description being:
<br />Situated in the east hall'of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 14 North, Range 1 Bast of the
<br />Second Principal Meridian in the Town of Mooresville, Brown Township, Mogan County, Indiana and
<br />being all of the lands of R&R McMahon, as recorded in instrument No. 2007-01399 of the Morgan
<br />County Recorder's Office and being further described as follows:
<br />Commencing at 200.00 feet south of the southwest corner of Lot 91, Block 64 of Moore's Fourth
<br />Addition to the Town of Mooresville as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 75 of the Morgan County
<br />Recorder's Office, being 35.00 feet east of the centerline of South Indiana Street (Old State Road 67);
<br />thence with the easterly right of way of South Indiana Street (Old State Road 67) for the following three
<br />courses: thence, parallel with and 35.00 feet feast of said centerline of South Indiana Street (Old State
<br />Road 67), south 00°14'00" West, 91.08 feet, thence, perpendicular to said centerline of South Indiana
<br />Street (Old State Road 67), south 89°46'00" east, 15,00 feet; thence, parallel with and 50.00 feet east of
<br />said centerline of South Indiana Street (Old State Road 67), south 00°14'00" west, 517.43 feet to a set
<br />5/8" iron pin (capped Bayer Becker) on the southerly line of the lands of Citizen Bank of Mooresville as
<br />recorded in Deed Book 256, Page 165 of the Morgan County Recorder's Office and being the true point
<br />of beginning;
<br />Thence, from the true point of beginning, leaving said easterly right of way of South Indiana Street (Old
<br />State Road 67), and with the southerly line of said lands of Citizen Batik of Mooresville, south 89°46'00"
<br />east, 363.00 feet to a set 5/8" iron pin (capped Bayer Becker) on the westerly line of the lands of Child -
<br />Adult Resource Services, Inc. as recorded in Instrument No, 2009-13 119 of the Morgan County
<br />Recorder's Office;
<br />Thence, leaving said southerly line of the lands of Citizen Bank of Mooresville and with said westerly
<br />line of the lands of Child -Adult Resource Service, Inc., south 00°14'00" west, 175.00 feet to a set iron pin
<br />(capped Bayer Becker) on the northerly right of way of Moore Street;
<br />Thence, leaving said westerly line of the lands of Child -Adult Resource Service, Inc. and with said
<br />northerly right of way of Moore Sweet, north 89046'00" west, 363.00 feet to a found 5/8" iron pin at the
<br />intersection of said northerly right of way of Moore Street and the easterly right of way of South Indiana
<br />Street (Old State Road 67);
<br />Thence, leaving said northerly right of way of Moore Street and with said easterly right of way of South
<br />Indiana Street (Old State Road 67), north 00° 14'00" east, 175.00 feet to the true point of beginning
<br />containing 63,525 square feet of 1.458 acres of land noe or less and being subject to all easements, legal
<br />highways, restrictions and agreements of record.
