AMENDMENT TO THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE'S <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CONSOLIDATED PLAN 2015 EXPANSION AREA <br />This "2016 Amendment" reflects an amendment to the 2015 <br />Amendment to the Economic Development Plan and Redevelopment <br />Plan consolidating them into one area Plan referenced as the <br />Economic Development Consolidated Plan 2015 Expansion Area <br />(hereinafter "EDCP"). This Plan Amendment incorporates all of <br />the prior Plans and Amendments thereto and merely adds the <br />following additions to the EDCP as more specifically set out <br />below: It is the nature of the planning and progression of <br />development that adjustments to the Plan will always be <br />necessary to keep current with the needs of the community. It <br />is the intent of this Plan to add certain properties and <br />projects as needed to accomplish the goals of the EDCP. <br />Section 1. Expansion of the EDCP. The addition of two (2) <br />parcels of ground that previously were owned by the <br />Redevelopment Commission and were shown as in the Plan pursuant <br />to the maps but not identified in the Office of the County <br />Auditor, both parcels more particularly identified in Exhibit <br />"A". These two (2) parcels, one currently owned by the <br />Redevelopment Commission and the other owned by TOA (USA), INC. <br />were thought to be in the Plan and this merely is making the <br />parcel numbers consistent with the existing maps of the. <br />
