part of this project which must be completed by the end of 2016 in order to capture those grant funds. <br />Manns introduced Eric Wathen of Banning Engineering to further present the plans. Wathen provided a <br />brief overview of the project and a timeline to advertise in the coming weeks and to open bids later in <br />March. The Commission decided to hold the bid opening at 4:00pm on Thursday, March 31" <br />Commissioner Corman made a motion to accept plans as presented for Cherry Blossom Way. The <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Stultz and carried 5-0. <br />Legal Counsel provided an update that the Commission had received written notice from Darlene <br />Lanham, property owner of parcel 55-01-36-217-001-000.005 regarding the potential purchase of <br />property. Commissioner Boyd made the motion to order two appraisals upon the receipt of additional <br />information from Ms. Lanham and to make Commissioner Gutzwiller signatory. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Beikman. The motion carried 5-0. <br />Manny provided an update of activities for the past month. This included administrative support and <br />coordination of meetings, invoices, Gateway/Corridor Plan project updates, Southbridge Crossing and <br />Economic Development projects. <br />The Commission was provided claims for the month. A portion of the Rundell Ernstberger invoice had <br />been pulled at the Town Council meeting. The remainder of the invoice was pulled for further <br />discussion. Commissioner Corman motioned to accept the remaining claims as presented. The motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Beikman and carried 5-0. <br />Commissioner Boyd made the motion to adjourn. <br />The Commission's next meeting will be Thursday, March 31st. <br />C ariman <br />ATTEST: <br />Secretary <br />
