MOORESVILLE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />Thursday, March 23, 2017 <br />Members present: Harold Gutzwiller, Don Stultz, Bill Boyd and Tim Corman. Town Attorney, Tim <br />Currents was absent. Project Manager Chelsey Manns was present. <br />Bids were opened for the construction of the Bicentennial Park. They were as follows: <br />1. Mattcon General Contractors, Inc. <br />a. <br />Base Bid - $1,374,000.00 <br />b. <br />Alt. 1— Deduct $28,000 <br />c. <br />Alt. 2 —Deduct $3,300 <br />4. Myers <br />Construction Management, Inc. Linel Signature — Flame Structure <br />a. $282,000 <br />The bids were given to Rundell Ernstberger to review and a decision is expected to be made at the April <br />6t" Meeting. <br />As clarification, Alternative 1 was the removing of the limestone State of Indiana monument. <br />Alternative 2 was burnished block in place of limestone on the building. <br />No business was presented for the good of the order. <br />Commissioner Stultz made the motion to adjourn. <br />The Commission's next meeting will be Thursday, April 6', with an Executive Session at 5:30pm and a <br />regular meeting following at 6:OOpm. <br />� I <br />Chariman <br />
