Plan Commission Minutes <br />Thursday January 26th, 2017 <br />Members Present: Mike Young, Tammy VanHook, David Moore, Jeff <br />Dieterlen, Perry King, Joe Beilcman, Dennis Chambers and town attorney Tim <br />Currens, Robert Alumbaugh was absent. <br />Mike Young called the meeting to order and welcomed new members David <br />Moore and Joe Beikman. <br />The first item on the agenda was reorganization; Perry King made a motion to <br />continue with Mike Young as Chairman, Jeff Dieterlen as Vice Chairman and <br />Perry King as Secretary, Dennis Chambers seconded the motion and the motion <br />carried 7-0. <br />The next item on the agenda is a minor plat request at 5530 E. Landersdale Rd. <br />presented by John Larrison of Holloway Engineering. The property owners, <br />Danny and Phyllis Camden are requesting that their 2.35 acres of land be <br />divided into two lots: 1.406 for lot 1 and .947 for lot two, this division would <br />allow their son to potentially build a home on the second lot. Mike Young asked <br />about sewer or septic, Mr. Holloway explained and Tim Curren agreed that the <br />Camden's have approached the Mooresville Town Council in regards to <br />hooking onto available sewer, this includes annexation if necessary, and the <br />Town Council will hear the sewer request once a decision is made on the minor <br />plat division. Jeff Dieterlen confirmed the replat of #5 now known as the <br />Camden Minor Plats as well as existing easements. Joe Beikman addressed a <br />road cut, but there is no driveway. John Larrison confirmed that a driveway <br />permit would be sought. No further questions were asked, Mike Young called <br />for a motion; Jeff Dieterlen made a motion to accept the minor plat with the <br />understanding that the driveway permit will be obtained, Joe Beikman seconded <br />the motion and the motion carried unanimously. Holloway Engineering may <br />request and pick up a signed Plat once the permit is issued, please contact <br />Tammy VanHook at the Clerk Treasurer's office. <br />Tim Bennett reported 10 permits and 37 inspections since the last meeting. <br />
