Boren <br />justin Q boclawyers,com <br />As you know, I did file an amended petition before the Mooresville Board of Zoning <br />Appeals concerning Tricia Price and her request for a variance of property located at 5650 E. <br />State Rd_ 144, Mooresville, IN 46158. After filing that petition, in consultation with my client, <br />we have decided that given the fact that the property is currently zoned B2 and the limitations <br />that may bring, that we will withdraw our petition for the request for variance from the Board of <br />Zoning Appeals, and will be. filing a petition for rezoning with the Mooxesvilte Plan <br />Commission. <br />Based upon this, please withdraw our petition from the agenda for the January 11, 2018 <br />meeting.
