June 5, 2018 The Mooresville Town Council met in regular session on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 6:30 P. M. at the Mooresville Government Center. Council members present were: Tom Warthen, President, Joe Beikman, Dustin Stanley, and Mark Mathis. David Rogers was absent. Attorney Mel Daniel was present. Council President Warthen gave the prayer. A motion was made by Councilman Stanley with a second by Councilman Beikman to approve the minutes of May 15, 2018 meeting. Motion carried 4-0. New Business: CF -1's on tax abatements: TOA, USA -A motion was made by Councilman Beikman with a second by Councilman Stanley to approve Personal Property, Resolution 2, 2013. Motion carried 4-0. TOA- A motion was made by Councilman Mathis with a second by Councilman Beikman to approve Real Property, Resolution 2, 2013. Motion carried 4-0. A motion was made by Councilman Stanley with a second by Councilman Beikman to approve Personal property, Resolution 8, 2013. Motion carried 4-0.
