Board of Zoning Appeals <br />Minutes Thursday November 8t", 2018 <br />Members Present: Perry King, Mike Young, Charles McGuire and <br />attorney Mel Daniel, Neal Allman was absent. <br />Mike Young called the meeting to order then asked for a moment of <br />silence for the passing of Town Council and Plan Commission <br />member Joe Beilman. <br />Mike Young then called for a motion on the previous minutes; Perry <br />King made the motion to approve the minutes as presented, Charles <br />McGuire seconded the motion and the motion carried 3-0. <br />The first item on the agenda is a variance request by Dennis Frazee of <br />Frazee Family Dentistry for 425 N Town Center Rd., the variance is <br />for required parking per square footage for the medical / dentist office <br />he is planning to construct. Mr. Frazee explained that the second floor <br />would not be used for patient offices. Mike Young called for <br />questions from the board and or the audience. Tim Bennett confirmed <br />how the number of spaces needed was arrived at. When no fni-cher <br />questions were asked Mike Young read the findings of fact and then <br />called for a motion; Charles McGuire motioned to allow the variance, <br />Perry King seconded the motion and the motion passed 3-0. <br />Next item on the agenda is a variance at 10021 N Old SR 67, the <br />owner Robert Stewart would like to divide the property so that each <br />existing tenant may purchase their portion of the property. John <br />Lar ison of Holloway Engineering explained that the property <br />division would need variances based on three parcels not meeting the <br />two acre minimum requirement with onsite septic as well as two <br />parcels not meeting length to depth ratio requirements. Mr. Larrison <br />gave a brief history on the property, explained when Mr. Stewart <br />purchased it, and that while they were asking a lot, what they were <br />
