I , 2017 <br />BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br />UPON THE APPLICATION OF: DAVID CARTER AND DERREK CARTER <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN <br />THE JURISDICTION OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held the 27th day of Jam, 2017, with notice <br />given as required by the Town Zoning Ordinance upon the application of David Carter <br />and Derrek Carter, for the rezoning of the real property described as follows: <br />Lot Number One (1) in Block Number Twenty -Six (26) in Samuel Moore's Third <br />Addition, an addition to the Town of Mooresville, as per plat thereof recorded in Deed <br />Record N, page 253 in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana. <br />EXCEPT: 100 feet of even width off of the South end and ALSO EXCEPT Thirty -One <br />feet off the South end of the North One Hundred Seven (107) feet. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4 the Mooresville Plan Commission <br />made a favorable recommendation to the Mooresville Town Council for said rezoning <br />request from R1 to B2. <br />NOW WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council, after diligent review of the <br />matters pertaining to rezoning of the above described land at a public meeting held on the <br />22nd day of August, 2017 find that the requested zoning classification is appropriate. <br />cw e� <br />
