BEFORE THE MOORESVILLE TOWN BOARD ORDIANANCE NO. / ? P/ AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE UPON THE APPLICATION OF MOORESVILLE CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL CORPORATION WHEREAS, Indiana Code 36-7-4 et seq provides for the establishment of advisory planning commissions throughout the counties of the state of Indiana, and, WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville has previously adopted its zoning ordinance providing for the Mooresville Plan Commission acting in an advisory capacity to hear and recommend zoning classifications for various districts within the Town of Mooresville and the adjacent buffer zone, and, WHEREAS, pursuant to said authority, the Mooresville Plan Commission, on April 26, 2018, pursuant to due notice, as by law required, held a hearing upon the application of the Mooresville Consolidated School Corporation, for a change in zoning from AG to PUD -E, for school purposes, and at the hearing was the Plan Commission recommended the zoning change; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the zoning classifications of the Town of Mooresville and its buffer zone, and the zoning map of the Town shall be amended to change the classification of zoning from AG to PUD -E, for school purposes, for the following described real estate: Part of the East half, Southeast Quarter, Section 29, Township 14 North, Range 2 East, Morgan County, Indiana.
