SECTION VII. STREET DEPARTMENT Paid from MVH Fund Rate of Pay (to be paid in equal bi-weekly increments for salary and rate of pay by hourly pay periods bi-weekly) Street Superintendent Assistant Street Superintendent Skilled Laborer Entry Level (Shall receive a $.50 raise after the first six months) Unskilled Laborer Entry Level (Shall receive a $.50 raise after the first six months) Office Manager Non -Seasonal Part -Time (Paid 50% from MVH and 50% from Wastewater) $2,225.38 24.84 per hour 21.82 per hour 21.32 per hour 18.04 per hour 17.54 per hour 1,729.69 13.50 per hour An additional $.50 per hour shall be paid to any employee with a Category 8 Certification. If the employee is a Supervisor or salaried employee the amount shall be $.50 per hour up to 40 hours per week to be added to their income. The Street Superintendent shall be entitled to comp time versus overtime due to his position being one of supervisor and head of the department and other employees. The Street Superintendent shall be entitled to compensation time and shall receive time off at the rate of 1 to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 hours worked he shall receive 1 hour time off as compensation. Full -Time employees of the MVH Department shall receive as a benefit 14.2% of the employee's salary paid by the Town to PERF. SECTION VIII. WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT Paid from W WTP Rate of Pay (to be paid in equal bi-weekly increments for salary and rate of pay by hourly pay periods bi-weekly) Treatment Plant Superintendent $2,225.38 Skilled Treatment Plant Operator 21.82 per hour Unskilled Treatment Plant Operator 18.04 per hour Additional hourly pay shall be paid to a Lab Technician in the amount of $1.50 per hour, for a Lead Operator an additional $1.50 per hour, for a Designated Full -Time Driver with CDL an additional $.50 per hour, and for a Class I License an additional $.50 per hour.
