John Larrison of Holloway Engineering, and <br />stated that portions of the property were to be sold, that sale did not <br />transpire and the replat request was to return to the previous <br />configuration. Audience member <br />Debra Vancy of N Ferguson Rd. asked for replat clarification, John <br />Larrison provided an explanation as well as a visual map as to what they <br />request was and if approved what the lot would look like. Ross Holloway of Holloway Engineering presented an aerial map <br />and stated that the request was to go from AG to I1, he explained that <br />the surrounding area was both residential and commercial, he referred to <br />the Mooresville Comprehensive Plan, and how I1 in this area is staying <br />within the growth plans. Mike Young called for questions. Jeff Dieterlen <br />questioned the zoning of the surrounding areas. Ross Holloway believe a <br />possible mixture including B2. Stephen Saucerman of N. Ferguson Rd. <br />spoke against the I1, he would be more in favor of Residential zoning <br />that I1. Debra Vancy spoke in regards to the quiet country like setting, <br />she already has one business near her changing a zoning in this area <br />would change her neighborhood, possibly lower property values and <br />increase traffic flow. Jeff Dieterlen questioned the business near her <br />home, senior living. Jeff then stated that in zoning change from AG <br />would increase the traffic flow.
