When no further <br />questions or comments were made Dave Moore made a motion to approve the <br />request, Tammy Vanflook seconded the motion and the motion failed 4-3. A <br />second motion was made to continue the request, that motion was seconded and <br />passed unanimously. Mel Daniel confirmed no new notices would be necessary. <br />The next item on the agenda is a PUD request presented by Ross Holloway of <br />Holloway Engineering on behalf of Daryl Swinney. The request is for 5.387 acres <br />on E Landersdale Rd, creating 15 lots in Hadley Corner. Ross indicated the <br />proposed home would be similar in size and quality of the existing homes in <br />Hadley Corner. Mike Young called for questions, when none were asked, he called <br />for a motion. Jeff Dieterlen made a motion to approve, Dave Moore seconded and <br />the motion passed 6-1, Perry Ding voting opposed. <br />Tim Bennett reported 30 permits and 69 inspections since the last meeting. <br />During public comments Jonathan Young of E Landersdale Rd. expressed <br />concerns for construction at the soccer fields at Landersdale and Bridge St. <br />Building Inspector Tim Bennet explained the building permit issued. <br />When no further business was brought before the Commission Tammy VanHook <br />made a motion to adjourn, the motion was seconded and carried unanimously. <br />Not approved as presented <br />President <br />Split vote <br />Secretary <br />Next meeting: Thursday September 26th, 2019 <br />
