Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals Minutes <br />August 81h 2019 <br />Members present: Mike Young, Perry King, Neal Allman. Charles McGuire and <br />attorney Mel Daniel were absent. <br />Mike Young called the meeting to order, then called for a motion on the previous <br />minutes. Perry King motioned to accept the minutes as presented, Neal Allman <br />seconded the motion and the minutes passed. <br />First item on the agenda is a variance request to allow a gravel lot rather than <br />asphalt in a PUD at 102 Deer Park Dr, Ross Holloway of Holloway Engineering <br />explained the necessity for the large tractors, the area to be graveled is not publicly <br />accessed. Mike Young called for questions, comments or a motion. Perry King <br />made a motion to accept, Neal Allman seconded the motion and the motion passed <br />3-0. <br />Ross Holloway presented a letter from Edward Owen, owner of Furry Friends Stay <br />and Play, LLC stating that no noise complaints had been received since the <br />allowance of overnight boarding. <br />When no further business was brought before the Board a motion by Perry King <br />was made to adjourn, seconded and passed. <br />Chairman <br />Secretary <br />Next possible meeting: September 12Th, 2019 <br />
