Mooresville Metropolitan <br />Police Department <br />Board of Police Commissioners <br />Fred Settle <br />Ernie Wilson <br />Danny Lundy <br />MOORESVILLE POLICE COMMISSION MINUTES <br />These are the Minutes of the regularly scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Police Commission <br />held at the Mooresville Police Department on December 19, 2019. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Fred Settle, Danny Lundy, Ernie Wilson <br />ALSO PRESENT: Charles Braun, Kevin & Rose Julian, Mrs. Wilson, Town Board <br />Member Elect Jeff Cook, Town Board Member Jessica Hester and <br />Mrs. Standeford-Miller, Amanda Carrell <br />Call to order at 6:00 PM. <br />Ernie Wilson made a motion to accept the minutes from the November 26th meeting. Fred Settle <br />seconded. No discussion. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Ernie Wilson made a motion to accept the minutes from the November 22"d Executive meeting. <br />Fred Settle seconded. No discussion. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Danny Lundy updated the Police Commission on the status of the hiring process for the Chief of <br />Police. Danny Lundy made a motion to hire Lt. Kevin Julian as Mooresville's new police chief, <br />Fred Settle seconded. No discussion. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Lt. Julian updated the Police Commission on the status of the new police officers in their <br />probationary year, the hiring process that will have three interviews after the first of the year, <br />Victorian Christmas update and an update on the Christmas for Kids program. <br />The next meeting will be held on January 16, 2020 at 6:00 PM at the Mooresville Police <br />Department.
