closest to St Rd 67, and the approval of the Plan Commission, Neal Allman <br />seconded the motion and the motion passed 4-0. <br />The next item on the agenda is a side set back variance request by Eddie and <br />Tonja Blaschke at 900 Westbrook Dr. The request is to allow a new garage, <br />replacing the one taken down to be rebuilt in the same location, slightly <br />larger sitting further into the yard. When no concerns or comments were <br />made Mike Young called for a motion: Neal Allman made the motion to <br />approve, Perry King seconded it and the motion to accept passed 4-0. <br />During new business Mike Young announced that beginning February 2020 <br />the BZA and the Plan Commission would begin meeting on the same night, <br />with the BZA at 6:00pm and the Plan Commission at 6:30 or immediately <br />following the BZA. Mike then again addressed the idea of a technical review <br />for the BZA, he questioned Tammy VanHook about implementing and <br />procedures, Tammy expressed concerns for financial costs, scheduling, and <br />deadlines.
