He asked that the <br />requests: north end and south end be voted on separately to prevent delay or denial <br />on the south end, he also understood approval of the noryh end would contain the <br />same contingencies. During commission questions Mike Young asked if there <br />would be indoor seating; yes 3-5 tables, jeff Dieterlen discussed / questioned traffic <br />patterns, gas station access and dumpster locations. Dennis Chambers expressed <br />concern for pedestrian traffic and parking. Marls Taylor discussed the idea of <br />closing through traffic between CVS, Arby's and Big O, Mr. Niemier stated TKC <br />would be in no position to request or guarantee that could happen. When no further <br />questions and or comments were made Mike Young called for a vote. Jeff <br />Dieterlen made a motion to approve the southern end as presented, the motion was <br />seconded and approved 5-0. Jeff Dieterlen then made a motion to accept the <br />northern end contingent upon INDOT and CVS approvals of the right turn lane and <br />exit closure, Perry King seconded this and the motion passed 5-0. <br />There have been 15 permits and 49 inspections since the last meeting. <br />Mike Young discussed the new meeting schedule beginning February, same <br />evening as the BZA at 6:30 or immediately following, he also discussed the idea <br />of BZA members at technical review. <br />When no further business was brought before the Commission Dennis Chambers <br />made the motion to approve, Perry King seconded and the meeting adjourned 5-0. <br />Next possible meeting: Thursday February 13t", 2020 <br />r-()2,4�� <br />Secretary <br />
