Mooresville Planning Commission, October 8, 2020 <br />whether the request goes to the Town Council or not. Mike Young asked the developer if he would be willing to <br />decrease the density of the homes and put in clubhouses. He then stated that he did not foresee the developer <br />agreeing to this and any further discussion under a continuance would only erode the current conditions set out in <br />the PUD, John Robinson made a motion for continuance and Robert Allumbaugh seconded. Mike Young called <br />for a vote, and only Mr. Robinson and Mr. Allumbaugh voted in favor. Mike Young stated motion did not carry. <br />Kim Scofield made a motion to deny changes to the PUD and Perry King seconded the motion. Mike Young <br />called for a vote and the motion carried five to two. <br />Next on the agenda was 899 Bethel Road creating 2 2 -acre minor plats on 41 -acre parent parcel presented by John <br />Larrison of Ross Holloway Engineering, Mike Young called for questions or comments, Perry King made a <br />motion to approve and John Robinson seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Perry King addressed the annual updating of the UDO under New Business. Mike Young called for a motion to <br />adjourn.
