Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals October 8, 2020
repairs are completed. The existing building must be moved to the east. Neal Allman asked what would cause the
existing building to be moved to the east. Ross Holloway stated that the building would be moved "just a couple feet' and
that Midas had proposed to build a larger building in the original plans. To line up the front of the existing building with
the addition proposed in Phase 1, the buffer would be not less than 8 feet on the rear setback. Mike Young called for
questions or comments from the Board. David Sadler moved to approve all 3 variances requested —the rear setback, relief
of the buffer, and the parking restriction. Perry King seconded the motion and Mike Young called the vote as unanimous,
Mike Young called for new business, and no one spoke. Mike Young then called for a motion to adjourn. David Sadler
so motioned, Perry King seconded, and Mike Young called the motion adjourned.
Secretary
II
