1594 <br />February 16, 2021 <br />The Mooresville Town Council met in regular session on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 6:30 P.M. at the <br />Mooresville Government Center and electronically through Zoom. <br />Council members present were Council President Tom Warthen, Councilman Dustin Stanley, Councilman <br />Jeff Cook, Councilman Shane Williams and Councilman Greg Swinney. Town attorney Chou-il Lee was <br />present via Zoom. <br />Town Council members modified its agenda for February 16`h meeting due to inclement weather. <br />Councilman Warthen gave the prayers. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Stanley with a second by Councilman Swinney to approve claims in <br />the amount of $426,655.28.
