IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Mooresville <br />that: <br />1. The Town of Mooresville, Indiana is hereby declared to be a "First <br />Amendment Sanctuary"; <br />2. The Town of Mooresville supports and intends to protect the rights granted <br />and guaranteed to its residents under the First Amendment of the United States <br />Constitution; and <br />3.
