21 <br />The Mooreville Town Council met in special session, session 1 on Tuesday June <br />25"', 2019 at 6:30pm at the Mooresville Government Center. <br />Council members present: Tom Warthen, David Rogers, Dustin Stanley, Mark <br />Mathis and Jessica Hester, town attorney Mel Daniel was also present. <br />Council President Tom Warthen gave the prayer. <br />Council President Tom Warthen called the meeting to order, Councilman Mathis <br />made a motion to accept the June 4t' minutes as presented, Councilman Stanley <br />seconded the motion and the minutes were accepted 5-0. Councilman Mathis then <br />made a motion to accept the minutes from the June 18th non quorum meeting <br />Councilman Stanley seconded the motion and the minutes passed 5-0. <br />Council President Warthen stated that the Town Council would meet in two <br />separate sessions, this being the first. Council President Warthen explained that <br />Street Superintendent Dave Moore had recently discovered that the Town of <br />Mooresville had 27 streets and roads equaling 55,713 feet or 10.55 miles that the <br />state does not recognize as town inventory. Council President Warthen went on to <br />explain the requirements Superintendent Moore received when he contacted the <br />state. The Town Council must submit the request along with the signed meeting <br />minutes that correspond with the formal request. Council President read the <br />resolution aloud and requested a motion. Councilman Rogers motioned to approve <br />Resolution 5-2019, Approving INDOT Mileage Certification Change Request, <br />Councilman Stanley seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. <br />Councilman Rogers made a motion to approve claims from June 18', 2019 in the <br />amount of $431934.85, Councilman Stanley seconded the motion and the claims <br />were accepted 5-0. <br />Councilman Mathis made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Councilman Rogers, <br />motion passed 5-0 <br />President <br />
