Additional hourly pay shall be paid to a Lab Technician in the amount of $1.50 per hour, for a <br />Lead Operator an additional $1.50 per hour, for a Designated Full -Time Driver with CDL an <br />additional $.50 per hour, and for a Class I License an additional $.50 per hour. <br />The Treatment Plant Superintendent shall be entitled to comp time versus overtime due to his <br />position being one of supervisor and head of the department and other employees. The <br />Treatment Plant Superintendent shall be entitled to compensation time and shall receive time <br />off at the rate of 1 to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 hours worked he shall receive 1 hour <br />time off as compensation. <br />Full -Time employees of the Treatment Plant shall receive as a benefit 14.2% of the <br />employee's salary paid by the Town to PERF. <br />SECTION IX. PARK DEPARTMENT <br />Paid from Park & Recreation Fund Rate of Pay (to be paid in equal bi-weekly <br />increments for salary and rate of pay by hourly <br />pay periods bi-weekly) <br />Park Superintendent <br />$2,340.76 <br />Office Manager <br />23.05 per hour <br />Assistant Superintendent <br />2,076.92 <br />(Aquatic/Recreation Director) <br />Maintenance Supervisor <br />23.26 per hour <br />Maintenance Technician <br />20.05 per hour <br />Recreation Coordinator <br />1,576.92 <br />(paid from Park Non -Reverting Operating Fund) <br />NOTE: This position is to be reviewed annually to verify that the position is being covered <br />by the user fees from the "Before and After School Program" which is pursuant to an <br />agreement with the Mooresville Consolidated School Corporation and the Mooresville Park <br />& Recreation District.
