Ross Holloway withdrew the variance for front <br />setback and length to width ratio, reviewed the remaining request of lot <br />coverage percentage and the need to increase to 40% and asked for a <br />favorable vote. Mike Young called for additional questions, comments <br />and or concerns when none were expressed David Saddler made a <br />motion to approve the variance for 40% maximum lot coverage, Jennifer <br />Meador seconded the motion and the variance was accepted 5-0. <br />When no further business was brought before the Board Charles <br />McGuire made amotion to adjourn, Neal Allman seconded and the <br />meeting adjourned by vote of 5-0. <br />4 y <br />Secretary <br />
