Final item on the agenda: Variance for developmental standards of maximum lot <br />coverage at 120 % S Clay St. The request, presented by John Larrison of Holloway <br />engineering on behalf of David Carter to allow for a garage. Mr. Larrison indicated <br />it would increase from 43% to 49%, as some of the garage will be on the existing <br />driveway. Mike Young questioned any standing water issues, none were known of. <br />Charles McGuire questioned entrance then when no further comments or questions <br />were asked by either the Board or the audience Mike Young called for a motion: <br />Charles McGuire made the motion to approve the variance, Jennifer Meador <br />seconded the motion and the variance was approved 3-0. <br />Tammy VanHook announced the applicants request for continuance on a sign <br />variance at St Rd 67 at Southbridge. <br />When no further business was presented to the Board Charles McGuire made a <br />motion to adjourn that Jennifer Meador seconded, motion passed 3-0. <br />Secretary <br />
