VanHook stated the dates of that meeting and confirmed Mr. Molin would have the
opportunity to present his request to the Council and audience members would be
given the opportunity to speak.
Agenda items 2 and 3: John Larrison of Holloway Engineering presented plat
requests from Michael and Shannon Skyles of N Bunker Hill Rd as well as
Michael and Autumn Sojka of E Lindley Rd simultaneously. Both parties are
requesting the removal of the covenants and restrictions for their lots in James
Minor Creek Plat and Schrute Farms Minor Plat. They indicated they had no concerns with the request but
would like to confirm plat lines, as theirs do not match up. Attorney Lee asked if
Mr. Larrison would meet with the ladies. After further discussion with his clients
Mr. Larrison asked for a continuance, Tammy VanHook confirmed it was for both
applications. A motion was made and seconded to continue both plat requests,
motion carried by a 6-0 vote.
David Saddler read Building Inspector Tim Bennett's report: 69 Permits and 235
Inspections between 12/09/21 to 04/14/22.
Next agenda item: Discussion on Rules and Regulations; Tammy VanHook
introduced Debbie Luzier, the original writer of the Rules and Regulations draft as
well as writer of the current UDO. Ms. Luzier indicated she supplied drafts to all
her clients, indicated she had a more recent draft than what we were currently
reviewing and could provide that updated version for revies, she further stated she
