MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY TO BE <br />SURPLUS <br />WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Town Council of the Town of <br />Mooresville, Indiana ("Town') that certain property owned by the Town is now surplus <br />and should be disposed of; and <br />WHEREAS, Ind. Code § 5-22-22 et seq. authorizes the Town to follow certain <br />procedures to dispose of surplus property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE <br />TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The above recitals are incorporated by reference. <br />Section 2.
