EXHIBIT A <br />2022 AMENDMENT <br />The Consolidated Economic Development Plan relating to the Consolidated Mooresville <br />Economic Development Area, as expanded (the "Economic Development Area"), is hereby <br />amended to include the following additional projects (the "Additional Projects"): <br />1. The acquisition of all or a portion of the parcel described in Appendix I (the "Parcel"). <br />Estimated cost is $250,000. <br />2. Expansion of list of additional permissible projects. <br />ADDITIONAL PERMISSIBLE PROJECTS <br />Tax increment revenues from the Consolidated Mooresville Economic Development Area <br />Allocation Area or the 2019 Allocation Area or other sources of funds available to the <br />Redevelopment Commission may be used to finance all or a portion of the cost of acquiring, <br />constructing and installing a fence at the police station, a rough in for future expansion of the <br />existing police station, and all incidental expenses incurred in connection therewith (the "2022 <br />Police Station Project"). <br />The costs of the 2022 Police Station Project shall not exceed $175,000. The <br />Redevelopment Commission may provide such funds in installments to the Town as requested by <br />the Town Council. <br />Tax increment revenues from the Consolidated Mooresville Economic Development Area <br />Allocation Area or the 2019 Allocation Area or other sources of funds available to the <br />Redevelopment Commission may be used to finance a portion of the cost of acquisition of real <br />estate, including incidental costs thereto, for the Town's construction of a firefighting training <br />facility and related improvements (the "Firefighting Training Facility Project"). The estimated <br />cost of the Firefighting Training Facility Project is $200,000. The Redevelopment Commission <br />may provide such funds in installments to the Town as requested by the Town Council. <br />FEW <br />
