RESOLUTION NO. 24-2022 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE <br />CLERK -TREASURER TO PAY CERTAIN DEMAND PAYMENTS <br />RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, on this 6th day of <br />December 2022. <br />The Mooresville Town Council and pursuant to the powers vested to said Town Council <br />by Indiana Code finds that it is necessary effective fiscal year 2023 to grant authorization to the <br />Clerk -Treasurer to pay certain demand payments on the outstanding bond payments, and other <br />payments.Accruing to the Town of Mooresville which could result in interest and penalty payments <br />occurring if delayed until approval by the Town Council. <br />BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Mooresville grant <br />approval to the Clerk -Treasurer of the Town of Mooresville to submit immediate payment on all <br />bond payments and other necessary payments which would result in interest or penalty payments <br />by the Town of Mooresville provided that said payments are included on the next docket of claims <br />for approval to the Town Council at its next scheduled meeting. <br />MOORkILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br />unn. <br />Jeff Cook <br />Gregg Swinney <br />Dustin Stanley <br />01 <br />Tom Warthen <br />C Wit` 1 Shane Williams <br />ATTEST: <br />G'6 <br />Dianna Wamsley, Clerk -Treasurer <br />AGAINST: <br />
