David Saddler motioned to approve with the contingency, JD Robinson seconded <br />and the motion passed 5-3-1: Mike Young, Jeff Dieterlen and Kim Scofield voting <br />opposed. Josh Brown previously recused himself. <br />Second item: secondary plat at Allison Estates presented by Pyatt Builders and <br />Holloway Engineering. Paul Claire of Pyatt Builders began his presentation by <br />asking Mike Young if his son currently farms the property to be Allison Estates, <br />when Mike responded yes, he was then asked if this would be cause for a recusal, <br />Mr. Young indicated he would vote. Pyatt Builders comes before the Commission <br />asking for secondary Platt approval of section 1. During Commission questions <br />and comments Jeff Dieterlen clarified the Commission was not the administrator of <br />convenance and restrictions, he also noted the completed routing sheet, he asked <br />about wording to protect vegetation. Kim Scofield confirmed they intended to keep <br />as many trees as possible. During audience comments Shane Williams expressed <br />concern for Mike Young participating in a vote indicating he was "cherry picking" <br />recusals. Mike Young asked that it be noted Mr. Williams had not signed in to <br />speak. When no further questions or comments were made by either the <br />Commission or audience Mike Young called for a motion. Mark Taylor made a <br />motion to approve the secondary plat, David Saddler seconded the motion and the <br />motion passed 6-2-1: Jeff Dieterlen and Kim Scofield against and Mike Young <br />voting present. <br />Third item: Tim Bennet reported 27 permits and 87 inspections since the October <br />meeting. <br />During new business a motion was made by David Saddler to approve the 2022 <br />meeting schedule, motion was seconded and passed 9-0. <br />When no further business was brought before the Plan Commission a motion was <br />made by Mark Taylor to adjourn, seconded by Josh Brown and passed 9-0. <br />Presid n <br />Secre <br />
